1. Who we are

NatorOS, Inc. ("NatorOS", "we", "us") operates the AI operating system for fast-growing companies, available at natoros.com and through related products. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information about you when you use our website, sign up for an account, or interact with our customer teams.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us and information we collect automatically when you use our services. Specifically:

Account information: name, work email, company, role, and password hash.

Workspace content: workflows you author, agent configurations, audit logs, and other data you place into NatorOS during normal use.

Billing information: company billing address and the last four digits of your payment method. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we never see them.

Usage data: pages visited, features used, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Support communications: emails, chat messages, and call recordings (when you give us permission).

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate NatorOS, deliver the services you request, secure your account, communicate with you about your account, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer workspace data to train shared models.

4. How we share it

We share personal information with a small number of service providers who operate parts of our infrastructure under written contracts: cloud hosting, authentication, observability, customer support tooling, payment processing, and email delivery. We also share information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of NatorOS, our customers, and the public.

5. Where we store it

We store customer data in regional cloud environments. Enterprise customers may select a specific region (U.S., E.U., U.K., or Australia) at the start of a contract. We retain customer workspace content for the duration of the contract plus thirty days, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@natoros.com. We will respond within thirty days.

7. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure how our site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work if you do.

8. Changes to this policy

We will post any updates to this page and revise the "last updated" date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect.
