Why no public prices?
Because the right number depends on the workforce. A team running 2 workflows on BYO keys has a very different envelope than one running 30 with custom audit and single-tenant deployment. We pick a number that maps to what you actually deploy.
What does a pilot look like?
Two weeks. One workflow shipped live with a forward-deployed engineer paired with your team. Fixed scope, fixed delivery. If we don't ship a working agent, you don't pay.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Authors and operators are flat-included up to the tier limit. We don't want you rationing who gets to draft a workflow.
BYO models — how does billing work?
You bring keys; we don't mark up model spend. The platform fee covers the runtime. You see your model bill from OpenAI / Anthropic / Google directly.
Can we start on Enterprise?
Yes, but we usually recommend Team first. Most large customers ramp into Enterprise once a second workforce starts up.
